North American Bancard25 Fraudulent billing for services. I had one machine they billed me for 2 accounts. Would not stop billing after I closed the business. Over 7 months & they are still billing & not refunding. Will not talk to me. Troy Michigan

I opened an account in October of 2012 to allow customers an option for paying their bills. I was reluctant to do so, as I had only had maybe 10 customers over the 13 years of doing business that had requested to pay with a credit card. In July of 2013 I started getting billed for a second account . I spoke to my rep & he said it was a mistake and gave me some lame excuse that it would be handled. Never was handled. I closed my business on Dec. 20, 2013. My rep camed to pick up my processing machine on Dec. 23, 2013. I have continued to this day to be billed for the second account $ 34.00 per month. Some fees have been reimbursed but not all. I am asking for $121.11 minimum to just reimbuse me what they have taken and to never be billed again. For 7 months I have been billed $34.00 per month when they got my machine 7 months ago! When they do reimburse me it is never for the amount they billed always a smaller figure and no explanation for how they came to that figure. Beware of these people!! They are frauds! I am about to call a lawyer myself. I had better not see another withdrawal in August!! They told me 12 days ago that I would see my full refund in 3-5 business days! Haha! Joke is on me again!! Now they say, today, that I will see my refund in 1-2 business days! I don not trust them. They are snakes!!! They need to be fined!
