I have also heard that their home is for sale at the present time. You can probably put a lien on it, unless they changed the name on the deed already. Good luck. They are scammers. I think they have gone into bankruptsy now. Check the other complaints because one of the other complainants gave an address for the attorney who is handling their bankrupsy. You can put your complaints and file and action with them.

Check with the bankruptcy court

You will probably be at the bottom of a long list of creditors and may not get any money at all. However, if they are filing for bankruptcy, I think that is the only way to have a chance at recouping any money. I don't know for sure since I am not an attorney. Just an idea.
Good luck!
