North Hill Construction Michael Pizzuto Total Ripoff, Poor quality, used illegal labors, no shown, padded bill, damaged my home, did not pay sub contractors Mount Vernon, Washington

Do not use any Mike Pizzuto related companies.  They are dishonest and unethical.  We hired this company because we felt like they were  a local and reliable construction contractor. Don't judge a book by it's cover!!  I paid $25,000 to remodel two bathrooms .  I made  payments in full, on time with no issues.  Mike Pizzuto of North Hill Construction  made promises, and in return, took our money and we never saw after the first day.  He brought Jesus and Pepe to our house and left.  People would come and go and we only he ard from North Hill construction when we called them.  The job was incomplete and not thorough.  The materials they used looked they had been recycled from another house. We heard from the plumber that they DID NOT pay any of their sub-contractors for their hard work.  So, that leaves all the subcontractors without pay.  Now, the subcontractors are asking me to pay them or they will put a lien on my house.  This is ridiculous.  Just like many others that we have spoken to... Mike Pizzuto of North Hill Construction refuses to speak with us regards to any matters.  We have talked to the State Of Washington and Mount Vernon's Building Department without any luck.
