We received a request for payment for a magazine which was cancelled on the first invoice. The magazine did not meet our needs after a first examination.
North Shore Agency offered to settle a claim for $20.00 when nothing was owed. The magazine did send several issues after the cancellation. We understood that no payment could be demanded for items that were not requested.
I checked on Ripoff Report and found there weremany fraudulent claims against North Shore.
