These folks are not painters, they are thieves.
Last fall I was quoted a great price to paint all the trim and doors in our home one uniform color. They arrived for the service, and we went over everything and I (stupidly) left them a check because I had to be somewhere else. Well, when I returned I realized they had completely botched the job and painted the wrong color. I called and informed them that this would need to be fixed. When the "owner" Nicolas came out he saw the problem and said I would have to pay more money to have them re-do it the right way.
So, I had his crew return for a second time the following day. This time I did not pay them first, but just as we were returning home they came screeching out of our driveway. We came into the house to find: paint all over our furniture, carpet, and floors. Dents in our wood floors, and several pieces of jewelry missing. We called to complain and that's when the company started ignoring our calls. I was very persistent and finally got a phone call returned. I explained that we wanted our money back and I was told that the only option was to allow them to "fix the problem". There was no way!
I continued to try and reach Nicolas to try and come to some agreement on how to settle this matter and they refused to return my calls, my husband's calls, or even my lawyers calls. I've since come to find out that these same people have gone under several company names; they keep opening and closing businesses when they get too many complaints. They have a BBB rating of an F!
The irony is that when I recently called, their voicemail message says they have 50 years experience when their own website says 10. They claim to have "exemplary" customer service but then their voicemail box was too full of messages that you couldn't leave one. They are painters but they do not even have a company truck, instead it's what appeared to be an older used u-haul that was horribly painted in an attempt to cover this up.
I do not believe this company is licensed, bonded or insured. I made the awful mistake of not doing my research first--please don't let this happen to you!
