I purchased the franchise/license rights for $1600 to become a Level III recruiter helping kids in the recruiting process to play in college. I atttained the rights to conduct business in Washington and Idaho and was given other states to work as well for NECP College Prospects aka National Elite Prospects.
I would hire recruiters under my license and retain a percentage of their sales. I have been conducting business and I always have since 2009 and have never been told of quotas or that I was inviolation of company policy. Without warning I was stripped of my position by CEO Drew Sikorski and have never been told why. He has my $1600 for the license and owes me right at $3500 in unpaid commissions.
He also basically stole a top notch recruiter in Washington State keeping all commissions for himself and absolutely refuses to communicate. I had a few other recruiters under me and now they are gone as well . If he would have told me to modify my business practice I would have complied immediatley but I NEVER, EVER received anything that stated my position was in jeapordy.
It is truly bizarre that a grown man does not have the guts to discuss this in an adult manner to reach a possible settlement. The total I am owed is $5177 and I can prove all of it. He is 4000 miles away so I am stuck unless I want to fly to Syracuse to confront him.

Mr. T**** joined NECP as a Level I recruiter (paid $395 not $900); did his due diligence; called and talked to other recruiters; visited web sites like this; and decided to pay his license fee and join the company. After we sent him all the training materials, etc. and he went through training; called and said he changed his mind and wanted to spend more time with his daughter. We told him if we found someone to take his territory we could work something out. Well we didn't. He then decided to black mail us with this false claim.
Because the company felt it was better to put this to bed we offered him $150.00 if he removed the posting. He agreed once he saw the credit in his account. Here is his email dated 1/29/13: "I will need to see the $150 first on my banking account. In good faith, I'm will add a comment to my report saying that we are negotiating, and once I get the payment I will remove it totally and cancel my account." Now he tells us that the site doesn't allow him to remove it. It's our problem. The morale of the story is not everything is black or white...or as Mr. T**** claims "is a scam".

I'm very pleased to say that Mr Drew Sikorski contacted me back, apologized and did in fact reimbursed me based on our agreement. Altho, I can't make any changes as of yet in my original statement, I wanted to be clear that Mr Drew Sikorski and NECP hold their words, and that we are leaving our professional relationship in good terms.

First, who are you? We would ove to respond. Second, why would someone do their due diligence; call the company; speak with several recruiters (different parts of the country); check our BB report; and finally sign the recruiters agreement and pay their license fee. Then after receiving all the training information & materials decide they want their money back. Is it to steal our information? We tell people when they join our company you must work and follow our system. If this person was interested in helping kids and making money then he would have at least tried. He didn't. He felt it was a scam....well it's not. We have recruiters who do business and yes get their license fee refunded back...but if you don't work at it and then decide this isn't for you we don't do refunds. It's a scam if you think your just going to sit there and do business....we tell everyone interested do your due diligence. This fellow did his due diligence......

Drew is the biggest scammer in Sports college, he is disgrace of the industry. He charged me the Franchise/License rights for $900 and only after I received the paperwork including the training and realized that it was a big scam, there is no money to be made just for Drew Sikorski.
When I asked for my money back, Drew send me an email that he was sorry to hear that I wasn't made for this...YEAH DREW, not made for scam that's for sure. I even wanted to be fair with him and asked him asked for half of my money back, keep in mind, I received the paperwork only once I paid (which he insisted) and only got some copies of copies of information already available online. He told me that as soon as he will get a new recruiter he will pay me back...and nothing...nothing at all.
I have sent him a lot of emails and called him as well, but no answers. I have been fair, and this is my first step to obtain my money back. The mistake he has made is that I work with social media, FB, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, etc... and work with company like NIKE. If Drew decides to still ignore me, my next step will be to expose him and his scam across the social media, and then to sue him.
DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!!!!!

We recommend if someone is interested in jooining our team as a recruiter do your due diligence. Talk to some of our recrutiers, our clients and our past clients. This job requires you work; you be creative; and you have discipline. This is not for everyone.

I am looking for a sales position in Craigs List. My prior position was in the $100K range. I noticed an ad for NECP which stated "Compensation $69,799" I was immediately amused and curious since the Compensation was so precise.
Just as I thought; it appears to be a scam. First, some semi literate spokesperson talks about becoming a "Licensed" Rep for them. By licensed, they mean, they sell you rights to a territory. Next, there is no
mention of salary or how one is to make the above referenced $69,799. I would assume that this was an arbitrary figure conjured up to present legitimacy in the as. If it looks like a scam, and smells like a scam, and sounds like an (illiterate) scam.......It's probably a scam.
I am going to question Craigs List about this Company and also check with the U.S.A.G's office, and local Attorneys General Offices, just for giggles.
My advice would be to give this some serious, (and I mean serious) thought and due diligence.

The recruiter in question left the company and when he decided to come back, he felt he deserved commissions from those recruiters working for the company while he was gone. Our policy is we pay our senior recruiters override commissions on those recruiters assigned as long as the senior recruiter is active with the company and working directly with their recruiters. You can leave, decide to come back but you will not be able to collect past commissions while you were not with the company. That's our policy. it's only fair. We offered this former recruiter his position back all future commission overrides; but the recruiter was not interested.
