Northeastern van lines Horrible disrespectful rude and a ripoff movers Richmond New York

I use the same company and they use the same format. The van broke down, the tire blow, they need more money.....

They damage all my furniture , they stole my item, they charge my credit card without my permission. They storage my house good for 28 daybecause I was demamding the deliver ( Move to Florida from N.Y) and since legaly they have 30 day  they wait until the last minute. Mr Michael Boston make racial comment about my husband ( you can go to the Business Bureau and look at my complain is all there). I don't have any more word to describe the unprofessionality of this company. They also use 3 different name under the same US DOT, Mr. Michael Boston stated " I can use many name I want"......BOMB......They confuse the consumer and all the time they got cut they change the name. Look at the review of One Point Moving and Storage is the same company. If you tipe the US DOT you will find a lot of bad review and all with the same pattern. The more horrible think is they are still in business!!!!!!

I would like to respond to these complaints by this customer. First of all we gave him an estimate of what we thought it would take to complete the move. We never said the move would cost $550.00 and if you read the estimate that was sent to you you will see that it clearly states that fact. Second trucks blow tires, engines, radiators all kinds of malfunctions. These things happen and we have no control over them we try our best to avoid them but when it happened we quikly informed the customer of the issue and dispatched another truck. 

Thirdly, the driver had an attitude because you were yelling at him all day. You were yelling at me as well as if the truck breaking down was a conspiricy against you. Almost all of your accusations are not true. You did not pay $1400.00 for your move you paid $1000.00 for your move. You did not help the guys move you move a few boxes because you did not want to pay your bill. The foreman explained to you that the truck could not go on the same highways that cars go on and that they would have to take a different route. 

This customer is not telling the truth about any of this. He lied about the details of his move because he wanted a low estimate. When we arrived at his home it was a nightmare they were totally not prepared for us. the move took a long time because him and his family was in the way from start to finish. The guys worked like dogs and they didnt even offer them a glass of water. 

As you can see by the nasty tone this customer takes as he is trying to make his point we were dealing with a person that already had the intentions of bieng difficult even before we arrived.
