leased machine @55.0 a mnth for 2 years , called to cancel after two years. Told no we Are taking you to court. sued in small claims newyork county. default judgement against me. Levied bank account , so far 7 overdraft charges one every 5 days . No access to my accounts .
sent copy of court order by bank BUT it has no signature by a JUDGE and NO state seal , it was wriiten and typed bya lawyer 's staff " joseph sussman " attorney for Northern leasing in room 1502 .
bank sent some money to me because of New York state law Exempt income protctio nact , BUT I don't live anywhere near New York . Bank branch in NewYork it is national bank
no summons served, improper venues, fraudulenty contract etc.
move your accounts NOW ! and if you can find a lawyer to file a " vacate judgement claim " in the county where you are sued or like me you are screwed completely by these F(^^$#%@#^% king criminals
