Northern Leasing System, Inc. Over charging, not accepting a notice of cancellation and changing the buy out price 3 times in minutes. New York, New York

Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. NY,NY; will not accept our cancellation notice and continues to bill us even tho we have cancelled with them.  We called to stop the billing and and was told we need to pay a buy-out for equipment not returned.  We started our agreement in 2005 for 48 months and this is Jan 2013. We called them in November 2012 to cancel and they will not honor the cancellation. They continue to charge our company 68.00/month whether we use this or not.

I called to speak to a rep and they can not hear. Yes they have their script to say and them will not accept or listen to anything.  I asked for the buy out, it was $275.00.  Then it changed to $334.00. Then $529.73 and finally $469.59.  I asked why they change they amount of buy-out and they trump up charges to inflate the cost.  I made an offer to finalize and they refused.    So did I.

This company is very creative in charging amounts to increase the bill. The reps must be paid on commission of funds received.

We also seem to be dealing with multipal companies.

Don't ever use this company!!
