Northern Leasing System - One Touch ripoff West Hempstead NY

I have a small business and James McCauley of One Touch Inc came to my store to install an ATM machine. He said there was a three months trial period to try the Atm machine and if the machine was not making the $100 fee per month we can return it anytime before the three months. northern leasing took $113.58 each month instead of $100 agreed upon fee. well the store was losing money each month so we called James and he picked up the machine 9 weeks later. we thought that was the end of it as he insisted.

However northern leasing kept withdrawing money each month until it was stop from the bank. we called james and he hangs up the phone or he said he will take care of it and never it. now nothern leasing is calling my cell phone, home phone and work phone 15-20 times daily, 5 days a week...even at 8pm i sent them a letter informing them of the agreement we had with the crook, james and they said he lied but the lease is noncancellable...thats the only word they know.....i contacted an attorney and informed them to contact him regarding the leasing and they continue to call me....i know of another business owner that is in the same situation.

We have no machine and they want us to pay them for crap. they admit their salesman lied but insist they lease is noncancellable...and its so tiny i need, glasses, contacts and a magnifying glass to see it. they all work together. northern leasing and one touch inc to ripoff consumers and they have to be stopped.....james mccauley cannot be reached....he claim he believes in god and he knowing deceive people. we would never had signed a lease for 48 months at $113.58 we were lured with the 3 months trial and now is stuck with bills from these low lives. they are other atm companies that install the machine and take care of everything and they pay you a portion of the atm withdrawal fee... who needs to pay norhtern leasing 113 each month for nothing!!!!!!
