Northern Leasing Systems, Inc. Unresponsive, Major scam, Do not use, Customer DISservice New York, New York

I signed up with this company two years ago to lease a cc processing machine.  After receiving my Verifone Vx570, I tried plugging it in and it didn't work.  I called the company to have them send me another machine for trade and they refused.  They wanted to send me a machine that was so outdated my credit card processor didn't support it.  The only thing they did was to give me the name of a company to send the machine to in order to get it fixed.  I eventually got it fixed somewhere else.  

Fast forward to this week when I found out that my processing company no longer supports the Verifone Vx570.  I called Northern Leasing to see about exchanging my current machine for one a more advanced machine - one that my processor said was PCI Compliant.  Northern Leasing REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING.  In Ms. Robinson's words, "There is nothing we can do."  

I am now stuck paying the remaining two years of the lease for a cc machine that I cannot use.  The only plus is that I can pay $275 for a new machine from my processor, which is ONE-FIFTH the cost of what I would end up paying through Northern Leasing. 

This company is nothing but a blood-sucking, good-for-nothing scam operation that preys on small businesses. DO NOT USE. SPREAD THE WORD.
