I owned a deli in the Chicago suburbs. They told me they offered web hosting and would transfer my website over to their servers, they told me that I could cancel the contract and the transfer it to a new business owner if I sold. I was told that I would own the equipment after the lease was complete. I was told that that THEY HAD A DEAL WITH MY FRANCHISE TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO ALL THE FRANCHISE DELI'S. All these things are blatantly untrue.
