This company got my credit card information from a resort called Junipine, and charged me even though I never used their services. What a rip-off!!! I charged back on my credit card, and they WON!!! They didn't have my signature or any other information. Don't get scammed by Northern Light Balloon Expeditions or Junipine -- they are steeling from people in Sedona.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANIES --- YOU WILL REGRET IT

Very Late Cancellation

Anyone who has ever been involved with a credit card dispute will immediately recognize that we would not have won this dispute if we were not right.

This couple was booked with us by the concierge at Junipine Resort for a flight with us. The morning of the flight we discovered a voice mail left around midnight by a desk person at the resort that said they had  just checked out of the resort so would not be taking the flight. Our 48 hour cancellation policy is on all of our advertising. Our 7:00 AM flight went out with two empty spaces since it was impossible to fill those spaces with so little notice. They were not ripped-off, but charged for space aboard the balloon they chose not to occupy.
