This practice occurs at all locations, in various states, all over the u.s.a. If you like paying the price of new items for used merchandise, then, here is where you need to shop!
Their imported power tools are mis-labeled also. they are marked "industrial grade/quality", when , in reality, they are sub-standard. Not even household quality. Parts for these Chinese marvels can take up to 4 months to get! some of their sales people/store mgr's, will tell you any kind of lie to get you to buy the merchandise, then when it breaks, they offer "inhouse exchange" rather refund your money! When shopping there, if it looks used, it usually is. Caveat emptor!
