Mr. Greg,
I placed an order (458af219-427f5e5c-726-6d896) on 5/9/05 and have not recieved my order. I have also e-mailed and have not recieved responce to that either. When Ripoff Report gets involved although you seem to want to help. So please fill my order and let's make a positive post out of this. You need the good publicity and I need my order.Thanks

Seems to me he WAS RIPPED OFF!

From the previous comments by both the customer and the owner of the company, it seems that the customer was in fact, ripped off. He states that he received the wrong item, and paid $20 plus shipping for his pipe, when all he actually received was a $10 pipe. When this customer tried to advise Greg, the owner, of this discrepency, all Greg has to say is, "See, you weren't ripped off!". I'm sure none of us would have ordered from this guy had we seen proof of his poor customer service and defensive, untrue comments before we placed our orders.

Greg, I'm sure none of us would have filed reports on this site if you just would have answered our emails about our orders. Why is that so hard? If you can't answer emails, then you shouldn't offer the contact email on your website, it's misleading and gives customers the idea that you really care about their orders, which obviously by your comment above, you don't. Take it from someone in customer service. If you'd treat your customers fairly, then you wouldn't have a single report to comment to on this site. Even if you think you're right, and all these reports are untrue, why would these people even bother if they were happy? You're site continues to say that orders are received in 7 days, but that doesn't seem to be true even for those who paid $25 for overnight shipping. It seems you are full of excuses, but no problem resolution. Your customer service needs work, Greg.

Hello, my fellow Ripoff Reporters,
As of May 26, I did recieve my piece from Northwest Glass Art.

***IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED***
Upon checking what I did recieve against what the catalog had to offer; I came to the conclusion that I recieved a $10.00 pipe (3.5"Spin Tail). I ordered a $20.00 pipe,(4"Lapis Lines).

First I want to thank Ripoff Report, It seems the only way this guy at NWGA gets anything done.

Secondly, Greg if you know that you are dropping the ball and a third party is already involved in the matter, why don't you strive to finish the job right. I feel like you reached into a box and pulled a random piece to send out and mark done on your list.

I will not be using Northwest Glass Art again!
