OK, so i've placed a total of three orders with this company over the past year. Two of these orders were filled quite promptly - within about a week or so. Which is why I placed my third order with them about 10 days ago. It has now been one week since they sent me an email saying my order was shipped - and still no sign of it (it took 3-4 days the last time!). So i decided to try & reach them - which is when I came across this website & the loads of complaints on here. I couldnt believe it (especially since I seem to be the only one who actually did - at one point - receive an order...I just hope I receive this one as well). So I kept digging (& will continue digging until I get $, a pipe, or too tired) - and I called some place that had the same address - and yes, the address listed on their site is a POB. The guy who answered wouldnt give me any information. But, I didnt try too hard...so who knows. The place is called Lynwood Mail Mart - the number is 425-775-1700 (they are located at 4320 196th SW Suite B). They swear the Northwest Glass Art people pick up their mail daily; but who knows. If you call this place they will supposedly leave a message in their mailbox as well.
Hopefully my order will arrive in the next few days - and i'll let you know if i manage to reach these people!
