I made an order on January 15th via credit card to Northwest Glass Art.com, I made a fifty dollar order to receive free shipping and two free products. After placing my order I emailed to inquire about my two free products and they never replied. I emailed about a week ago to inquire about my order and still nothing. I even tried the email address that my receipt was sent to me thru and that email was returned!!!
