i had two orders from this company and the first thing the i noticed is that i was charged twice for them. i sent about 30 e-mails but just like the other people i had no responce. i recieved my first order the consumed of two pipes with a total cost of 85 dollars. the two pipes were inside but looked nothing like the ones i purchased and there was no free pipe. i didnt even want to send the pipes back because then i might never see anything again. so here i am paying 170 dollars for two crummy pipes that i couldve gotten at the flea market for 30. i havent recieved my other order yet but i dont have very high expectations for it. i hope we can do seomthing about this sh*tty *ss company.

Why are these comments allowed? What relevance other than shilling another company does this provide? So is this like a witch hunt now? I can't reply to most post's and you allow any comment about my business to be made? I cant but feel that this is in no way an impartial medium. So how does it work when no one was actually ripped off? I mean this isnt bad customer service dot com is it? I can provide undeniable proof to 30+ of these complaints that they were never even charged in the first place. Shouldnt these false claims then be removed? Not added on to by irrelevant B.S. The ethics of this site should come into question, as it doesnt provide fair ground for the defendant. How about someone step in and mediate, like I asked for?

I run a legitimate business. I am guilty of of less than stellar customer service at times, granted. I work 40+ hours a week. Im a single dad and I do this. I have no help. Its impossible to answer every e-mail. And sometimes it gets neglected. However, I have never intentionally ripped anyone off. If you take notice no one is responding after they realized they werent ever charged. Which is definatly the majority of complaint's here. I am also going to clear up the remaining complaint's. I apologize for the frustration this has caused some people. That was not my intention. I am working very hard to clear this all up. So be patient and rest assured, I haven't ripped you off.

I have had numerous problems with Northwest Glass Art and the owner, Greg. First of all, it appears that Greg just doesn't care about his customer's orders. I got very angry at first when Greg wouldn't fill my order, but then I thought why would I want to give him my business anyway?

I found a great company to deal with, and they answer all customers emails within 24 hours, and I know first-hand this is true, they have answered every email I sent them, usually within 12 hours.

This company is called

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! They do custom orders, too!

No nonsense like we've been getting from this guy Greg, AND they have a lot of the same inventory, and the prices are good too. They aren't the quickest at shipping, but I can almost guarantee they will be quicker than Northwest Glass Art.

As a plus, at least SmokinScents tells you that orders take 3-4 weeks to deliver, instead of just giving empty promises like Greg.

Greg, please visit this website, ask questions, and take notes! That is how you run a business.

And by the way , I couln't find a SINGLE negative post anywhere on the net about (((SORRY, REDACTED!))) business practices, just glowing recommendations. Looks like Greg is up to 35 complaints here. Isn't that interesting?

Hey guy,

Heres a nickels worth of free advice. you own a business and therefore *should be* professional. that kind of an answer is NOT. with an attitude like that you will be out of business quickly
