I ordered a product from this company on the 28th of december This company took the money out of the bank the day that i ordered the product. the site clearly states that it takes 7 to 10 days for delivery.

Well onw it is february 13th. we're moving on slowly to two entire months without receiving the product. I have sent NUMEROUS emails to this company with only one response back in mid january. "I am waiting on these. Sorry for the delay." no time frame, no details just that.

I've read some of the company claims on this site that it's just their competitors on this site blacklisting them because they are so great or something. I've also read them say that their email is just screwed up and that's why they dont reply. Check other posts, they've been claiming that since early last year. Time to get that fixed.

And if anyone doubts that this isnt a real claim or if the owner of the site wants to make a rebuttal, i will gladly send them a copy of my billing page with them (with personal info blocked besides my name) and you can check the date on the bottom of the page.

This is just ridiculous business practice and i say to anyone reading this steer clear of these guys. And if i ever receive the products that i have ordered, paid for and waited on forever, i will follow up on the quality of the workmanship i've waited waaaay too long for.

You can't even tell me the shipment date, your customer service sucks, I tried to talk to you about this issue and you ignored me, when i filed on this site you did nothing more than call me a liar and STILL couldn't give me any more information. Cancel the order and I dont want to use your services again.
