Norvergence & Commercial Commerce Finance Leasing did not perform due dilligence in purchasing worthless leases from Norvergence Horsham Pennsylvania

Just adding our name to the thousands of business's caught up in the Norvergence/Leasing company Scheme. We have filed a complaint with our states attorneys office, and the FTC and hope the FTC persues this on our behalf as they did in a similar credit card terminal scheme last year.

This Lease rip off is clearly the leasing of a whole service and not a box when up to 80% of the total cost was dumped into a lease costing tens of thousands of dollars over 60 mos. The position of the leasing company that they leased a $300 - $500 box (online search for Adtran 850) for $15,000-$80,000 and they had no knowledge or responsiblilty is absurd. Sure I feel silly for falling for this scheme. It was an excellent execution of a fraud that many people smarter then me fell for as well.

But then history is full of frauds perpetrated on the masses, which is the reason for the many consumer and fraud laws on the books. I believe once a few of them are tested on the innocent claiming poor leasing companys some of which probably fell for the Fraud themselves, they will also learn what "due dilligence" means.
