Norvergence & First Lease ripoff fraud scam Newark & Fort Washington New Jersey & Pennsylvania *EDitor's Comment ..Class Action lawsuit useless
In retrospect, I believe that fraud has been committed by Norvergence and the Leasing Companies. It appears that too much care was given to wording and replacing service agreements with equipments leases. Consequently this has left the consumers with no recourse to get out of contracts with a company that is no longer in business. In a letter from First Lease, they reminded me that I selected them to finance the equipment lease. In fact, I had never heard of First Lease and never signed a First Lease document. I also have equipment that is sitting on a shelf and provides no function.
By uniting, we stand a chance to get justice for these illegal actions. I am all in favor of an investigation by any pertinent organizations and I completely support a Class Action Suit against any parties involved in this scam.

..It is the opinion of Rip-off Report staff that a Class Action will not work in this situation and will only lead victims down a long path of disappointment. In order for an attorney to take on such a case, there needs to be money. NorVergence clearly went belie-UP! / defunked / Bankrupt, which means, there is NO MONEY! Once a bonafide lawyer contacts Rip-off Report with a plan, we will be glad to make arrangements with them to e-mail those of you who filed a Rip-off Report.
