Now it is officially February 4, 2005 and no W-2. I don't know where to begin to get this....their lawyers, their accountants? If anyone who was employed by Norvergence has any suggestions or answers please send a rebuttal/Consumer Suggestion. Has anyone received their W-2?
My sister has tried to reach Joell Duncan (we both use to work in her department) but surprise, surprise she hasn't returned my sister's messages.

A former Norv employee writes:

Unfortunately this is not the case. Only a handful of businesses with six LC's in certain states have had their leases settled for about 15% of what was owed at the time the services were cancelled.
All other small busineses, non-profits, & churches are still either paying each month or getting sued in a distant court by their LC.
This thing is not over yet for any of us. The small business victims feel for the ex-employees of Norv. We all got screwed by the Salzano fraud. Keep up the pressure to put the Salzanos in jail & find the stashed away cash to reimburse the employees who worked for free for weeks. These guys are frauds - they lied to everyone and got away rich. The small businesses and ex-employees should be on the same side. Please help us expose the collusion of the LC's with the Norv top management. Maybe the deep pockets of the LC's when faced with criminal charges will help reimburse the employees for the losses they suffered.

I did receive my W2 form - Norvergence is reopening as a different name

I worked on the Wireless Department at Norvergence from February - July 2004 when we were layed off due to bankruptcy. I wanted to let people know that I did receive my W2 form in the mail last thursday 02/18/05. I was also told by my tax guy that you could use your last paycheck as proof to get your taxes done. I heard that Norvergence is reopening as a different name. I dont believe it. I do believe that there are going or have already opened another company..

Yes, I am a former employee and I try to stay updated with NORVERGENCE information, Bankruptcy Court Cases, as well as Salzano filing personal bankruptcy for himself in January, My 2 Bounce paychecks (Where is my money!!).
All small businesses have been cancelled from their leases, per each state. When will former Norvergence employees receive their monetary results? We all could use our money. We have filed our claims with the bankruptcy court in Newark, as per deadline February 28, 2005. SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!
If you call IRS, they will not have any W2 information on Norvergence, because of their bankruptcy status.
I used Norvergence TAX ID 753068888, Address 550 Broad Street, Newark, NJ 07102 and took the information from my last pay stub and submit it as my W2 for tax purposes.
Hopefully this can help a former employee....
