Norvergence - Preferred Capital rip-off! System was never set up, never received new service. Preferred Capital still wants paid!?! Brecksville Ohio

We signed up with Norvergence for "all of our telecommunication needs". They delivered equipment to our location and then several days later hooked it up to our exisisting phone lines and service. we were told that they would come back and install the "system", after the T1 line was set up. Norvergence then went into chapter 11, then chapter 7.

We were never set up, we never received the cordless phones that were to be part of the agreement, and the leaseing company Preferred Capital is still trying to collect on the lease. I have called the leasing company at least 25 times trying to talk to someone who can help. Oddly, they will only let me talk to their "Norvergence guy".

The leaseing companies have already paid for the contracts, and with Norvergence in chapter 7, they will try to do everything to collect from the scammed consumers.
