I can only echo the comments of others here. This is the worst business decision I have ever made....and I have been in business for 25 years.
It has been over a year and I still can't get their service to work nor can I get anyone to handle a customer service issue. It has gotten to the point where I handed the matter over to my attorney.
They did not deliver anything they promised, including the savings. Their bills did not reflect what was in my agreement, and when they finally got around to installing my service (they billed me anyway while the service was not installed), they could not get it to work properly and left...and never came back.
They are still billing me, my service does not work, and I cannot get anyone to deal with any of these issues at Norvergence. In addition, their employee turn-over rate is out of control. I have spoken to at least 30 people in the past year. None of them were helpful, although they were good at sounding like they wanted to be. The problem is that none of them ever stuck around long enough to resolve any issues. I found myself repeating my story over, and over, and over again. There were no notes in their computer system and nobody seems to have a clue about what is going on.
Worse yet, they their leasing company as well as Norvergence insist on getting paid regardless of the fact that their service is not working.
In addition, their cell phone package is awful. They switched carriers from bad (AT&T GSM Service) to worse (T-Mobile, the worst I have ever had) without notifying any of their customers. When I called to find out why my cell phones stopped working, all of the customer service reps were picking up the phones and just slamming them down again to disconnect the call. When I finally got through to someone they disclosed that not only weren't Norvergence customers notified, but it appeared that internal miscommunication was flawed as well. Employees didn't even want to take calls from customers wondering why their cell service was not working
Also, none of the savings, rebates, or checks they promised me every materialized. I am currently using Verizon for Long Distance because Norvergence can't get their systems and customer service working to any level of performance....I would be impressed with lousy service at this point compared to no service...even that would be an improvement.
Do NOT even THINK of doing business with Norvergence. This company is destined to fail.
