NORTHERN LEASING SYSTEMS AND EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS, SCAMMERS AND RIPOFFS, New York New York

All complaints that I have read about Northern Leasing sound all too familiar. My problem is that I was told and showed on the contract that we have 30 days to cancel. We sent the equipment back along with a cancelation letter via certified return receipt. This was back in 2000. I also seen and signed only 1 copy of a so called contract.

When I asked for a copy of the contract they sent me 4 seperate pages. They also sent a blank original contract along with the 4 I supposedly seen and signed. The original they sent I have never seen and this is all one contract on hard paper not the piece of paper I signed.

Almost 6 years later they are still calling and harassing me with a phone number that shows on caller ID 8300. They have sent something from an Attorney ERIKA COHEN ESQ. 1838 Coney Island Ave. Brooklyn, NY 11230 (718)339-8800 on or about June 2001 from CIVIL COURT OF THE CITY OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF NEW YORK called a VERIFIED COMPLAINT with a lease number but no case number claiming FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS, JURISDICTION,AS AND FOR FIRST CAUSE OF ACTION AND, AS AND FOR A SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION. In otherwords this is a legal complaint there Attorney sent to me but never filed in court.

I answered their complaint and sent it to Attorney Erika and haven't heard from anyone at the court house or the Attorney. Infact I only started getting calls and letters in the past 10 months
