Triple Whammy from Nourse Family Ford Needs to be Corrected!

This is to go along with the earlier report. I get very upset just thinking about the way Nourse management treats customers,and in particular employee-customers. They give a ridiculous amount on the trade-in, neglected the discount, and wanted to arrange financing with insane interest rates. The whole deal has left such a bad taste that my son just wants to dump the Mustang and buy a car elsewhere. My son should be compensated for the wrong-doings and aggravation Nourse has thrown at him.

He bought (no, he was SOLD the car) in April. It is now August and no loan yet. It's time for Nourse to just take the car back, cancel any obligation from my son, and probably pay my son the quick profit they made on his trade.

I sure would appreciate some positive results.
