Can anyone tell me how this system works?  I can not seem to get a straight answer from my "recruiter" or anyone at her office.  I am a non-practicing attorney, who has been involved in the real estate industry for over 20 years.  I was given the "illusion" that I could put together deals between homeowners that needed to be bailed out and were willing to sell substantially below market value, private "investors" that had money to lend from personal savings--read 401Ks---and those that wanted to buy the subject homes--leaving me with the profit after costs of fixing and selling.  What I have found is nothing but double talk.  I have just lost a deal which had the potential of turning $100K in NET profit simply because I could not get any answers.  

Accordingly, Are there truly investors?

What does one have to do to contact and present potential deals to them?

Does Nouveau Riche take a portion of the profit from the sale since they "technically" had the contact with the private investor?  

None of these questions seem to be too complicated; although I have worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years.
