The company sends mass mailings from mail distribution companies. The mail distribution center in Grove City is a company called Client Logic. They also have mailing centers in Clifton, NJ and West Virginia. The first mailing is 12 pages and is formatted to look personal. The second letter asks for $140 for the secrets to gambling, wealth and romance. The bottom line is to get people to Las Vegas, NV, which is where Dr. Wallace got his start writing a pamphlet on how to win money gambling in Las Vegas.
