As you can see from their website and order forms, that is next to impossible to forsee that this company is making you electronically sign an agreement to life time membership of their website for $199.95 USD(everytime you buy one of their products which are marketed to sell as a combo set). What you think you are doing is ordering a TRIAL product for only the shipping and handling of $7.95, even states it on all your receipts and confirmation email that your credit card TOTAL will be $7.95! The website that they include is marketed as a bonus they throw in(only mentioned after purchase, however, once purchased the free trial product you are told over the phone that you only had 3 free days of use and that you now own a life membership to that website(even if you have never logged on! (which I didn't) I have waited over27 days for a product promised to ship(on my receipt)directly to my door in 3 days, and have not even recieved anything. When I called after seeing my credit card statement and being billed close to $400!!!!!!! I was told it was back ordered and was sent 7 days prior on a priority 3 day shipment??! Credit card company tells me this company has been known to them and they have dealt with hundreds of these cases recently and he can't promis I will ever see any of my money back, but that they will try to get me refunded as a return if I ever recieve my product. He also tells me I must make every effort to cancel an apparent account I have with them, or they can continue with their forced payment schedual(which I was never informed of and to this day don't know what more I would be paying for). It is very difficult to get through on the phone with them as you are always told they are closed(no matter the time of day) or that you are number 17 in their cue and are put on hold for up to 30 minutes(I beilieve this is long distance as well) When you finally reach someone, they are like a monologued robot explaining your stupidity to you about a 3 day free trial period that you didn't read about in their terms and agreements(which are no where to be seen when you are on the order page or on your reciept). If you can find them, they are difficult to decifer with alot of legal jargon, but basically state that whatever you do on their order site is overruled by these terms and you have no recourse what so ever! This company is so backhanded I can't believe they are allowed to grace the face of this earth! I have never been scammed before and am very cautiouse about internet purchases(I looked over the site for over an hour before ordering) and feel absolutely devestated about losing this amount of money as I just can't afford it right now(duhh, why would I be ordering a free product)! I have informed them by phone and email that I will be taking this as far as I can if I don't recieve my money back! That means, media coverage first! Lets expose these crooks!

This company that sells ACAI berry used our name, kneeshop on their credit card statements. We are a legitimate orthopedic business that has had our reputation destroyed by these SCAM artists. We have nothing to do with them, but is hard to explain to people that complain about this company that kneeshop has nothing to do with such a company.

i also was scammed i dealt with flexnjoints which has several other companies under it they r all linked together ......i was lucky my card was charged up so all they got was 200 from me i phoned immediately when i seen the charges but like u said they all have one thing to say basically hlw stupid u r and that sorry your trial period was 3 days ...i sat and fought cause i said the email i got said id be charged 7.95 yet nowhere on my card was i ever charged that but all they know how to say is sorry your past your trial period ....i wrote several several emails only to get two replys saying the same bull as on the phone so i wrote a complaint on the web to have someone write me back who went thru the same thing so he told me to threaten them to take them to the media so i did ....i wrote the legal department that i was giving them two days to respond or i was taking them to tv and reporting them on fb as i do believe thats where i clicked there add .....within a couple hours i got an email saying i signed an elctronic aggreement which i didnt but that out of goodwill i will be refunded and within a couple days i did get my money back .....just keep emailing them and instead of support at the beginning of the address put legal and its worked twice that i know of that they will refund u ....i also waited over a month to get a product as i was told it was free and i didnt pay for it so if i didnt get it then basically so what was what i was told but the other day a bottle showed up which i refuse to take anyway .....i wish u the best of luck in getting your money back
