Novartis Company guaranteed a full refund if not satisfied but did not accurately specify the required time limit to request the refund. Rochester, New York

I received an invitation by mail from Novartis to try a weight loss supplement called Nutrim.  The accompaying letter from Paul J. Hankerson, President, made three promises.  The first was a promise to pay a full product refund if not satisfied with Nutrim within 60 days.  It did NOT specify that the refund must be requestrd with in 60 days of SHIPMENT. 

When I called to request a refund, because the product did nothing to help me lose any weight, I was told it was too late because it was past the 60 days from shipment.

The product is worthless, the guarantees are not adequately stated and the company does not back up their promises.

Don't waste your money on this product.
