An original contract was signed with Nu Cen-tury on 04/23/2010 for them to supply services to get us on board with GSA. A BBB complaint was initiated #6717665 on 7/13/2010 with regards to services not rendered. They then returned $500.00 to us and attempted to complete the contract. After several failed attempts to get us on board and at least 7 different agents who submitted incorrect information to GSA we are still not onboard with GSA. Now GSA will not accept any further submissions. I have contacted GSA and they are not willing to work us through Nu Cen-tury any further due to the fact they are not following guidelines by GSA. I have submitted information over and over to Nu Cen-Tury and their 7 different agents to no avail. Frankly this process should not have taken this long and I feel they have been given several chances. Now they are refusing to answer any of my letters.
