You call to cancel and are put on hold and told there are 24 callers ahead of you. I called three times and each time was told there were 24 callers ahead and each call took exactely one minute. I toughed it out and waited 26 minutes for customer service. They weren't going to let me cancel my order, but after some haranguing they agreed. Of course I had to then go to the bank and cancel my bank card. I don't understand why the Attorney General of the state of Utah lets so many scams operate out of their state.
