After we ordered the cooktop, we cancelled the order with the salesman taking the order.  But they sent the merchandise anyway;so we sent it back immediately unopened.  The company refused a refund and it had to be adjudicated through VISA.  Then they had the gall to charge $70 for shipping and handling.  VISA is going to look into the situation.  This is the most fraudulent company we have dealt with online.
