On July 3, 2012 we ordered the NuWave induction cooktop via an info-mercial on TV. The advertisement was for an induction cooktop, cookware, recipe book and dvd for $99.95 plus shipping and handling. You would also get an addition set free, only pay S & H on that set also. Shipping and handling charges for each set are $69.95. On July 10, 2010 we received via FedEx, (1) induction cooktop, (2) 9" green cooking pans, recipe book and DVD. The rest of the cookware and the additional set was on back order. Our credit card was charged $169. We haven't received anything else to date. We have sent emails to customer service at the nuwave website, we have called multiple times on the phone, leaving messages, but have not received any response back from either. What we received so far was not worth $169, but see no hope of receiving the additional items promised. Very poor service and false advertising.
