Nubodi I sent off for the trial product and cancelled before the deadline and was still charged the $90. My bank says no evidence of scam! Nubodi Internet

I sent off for the trial product of Colon Clenz from Nubodi. I was even able to contact someone named Cindy at Nubodi and cancel the subscription before the 14 days but was still charged. I disputed the charge with my bank but they say there is no evidence of a scam. Guess they don't have the internet!

The bank says they got Nubodi to put the money back on a provisional credit but they gave it back after supposedly investigating. I Have all all the origanal time that the did the first Charge of 3.95 Fpr Shippping Was the only charge that I approved On the email website the 14 days. So the bank also say that there hands are tied because there was a 45 day time period that they had the (nubodi) could charge it again.and the goverment impowers them to do so. What the heck!!!! I beat the 14 day cancelation time the minute I got the charge wich some how they manage to do this every time on sunday I do all the contact the bank stop them nopay nopay the bank does they tell me to call them I do so talk to Cindi at the nubodi place canceld the order AS TO THERE REQUIREMENTS they tell me Cindi that is telles me my 89.31 would be put back into my account Cindi says account cancled money returned 7 to 10 business day they put it back . I thought that it was over then again on a sunday there it is again 89.31 charge puts me in overdraft I go to bank stop this as I thought how in the world did they do this. I go back to the bank banklady checks into it ever so grudgedly she calls the fraud lady fraud lady says there is not enough evidence foor the provisionel to stay in my account they win. Bull Stufi
