Nubodi Colon Cure Advertised a sample bottlefor $3.95, then charged in addition to this $89.31, when I called they refused to refund when I told them I did not sign up for any memberships or monthly orders. They are arrogant and said they will not refund anything. I have not even received this shipment, if I do I will refuse it. LAs Vegas, Nevada Nevada

I like many others I have seen on the blog ordered a trial bottle for $3.95. I was charged in addition to this $89.31, I reported to my credit card company this as an unauthorized charge, which they prompted me to call the merchant. I did so and they were arrogant and said they will NOT ever refund my money. This is a scam and I will not let go until I receive a complete refund! They also told me i would be charged $89.31 everY 35 days!!! I am outraged at the arrogance and thievery.

Do not be duped by these scammers!

Sorry I did not update this sooner. I contacted the BBB, who in return forwarded it to Las Vegas BBB division. They handled the problem very quickly and I had my credit on my account very fast. Thank you BBB.

Sorry it took me so long to update. I had immediately contacted the BBB who forwarded the complaint to the Las Vegas Division. I was credited the full amount I paid in a very short time. I was not ever charged again. Kudo's to the BBB.
Be careful when ordering online, they sign you up for news letter your did't want and other upsales without your permission. They figure most will get through.

Update, I reported to my bank and the Better Business Bureau, sent back the shipment via return receipt so I would have proof. I heard back from the BBB quite quickly and they had forwarded it to the Las Vegas office. Shortly after that Nubodi refunded my credit card. I will be more cautious now, and won't be ordering online anymore. Alot of times you can get these things in dept stores when they are out for awhile without signing up for anything. Good luck all.

I filed a claim immediately with the BBB, which in turn contacted me back promptly stating they were turning it over to the Las Vegas NV disision, I had my refund by the company within afew days. I hope everyone whom this has happend to has done this. I also cut and pasted comments about Nubodi to the BBB. the action was quick.
