I was not aware that they would automatically charge my card after the 14 day trial period. I was billed shipping and handling for the trial which I knew. Then 4 days later, I was billed $89.31. That is not a 14 day trial. Then the note inside said that you can cancel within 14 days, but if you don't you will be automatically charged every month on your card. I have been trying all week to get hold of them. Being a working person, I cannot hang on forever which is what you have to do. It recording says, "you have 23 callers ahead of you, thank you for holding" I held...The first time I got all the way to my turn and the phone was disconnected. I tried again. I got all the way to the 5th caller and it jumped back to 19 callers ahead of me. They do not give you the opportunity to cancel!
