Nutraslim .com Quivk Detox and Nutraslim Took 119.98 from my card.waiting 3 months up to now for a refund which they say is being processed from the 12th of july Internet

I sent back 3 bottles of tablets on 14th June and they received them on 16th June,I was told i would get a refund in 5 to 7 days,from when they got them back,This did not happen so i opened a support ticket to ask why,this didnt get answerd for a week so i rang and was told i had to wait 28 days,still no refund now on the 13th sept 11, I was told a refund had been qued on the 12th July and i would get it shortly,I have emailed some one named alex who is meant to be the boss so customer service said,but he dos,nt answer alex@nutraslim.com.

The advert which i saw in the 1st place stated that only the postage needed to be paid and the detox and nutraslim would be free,Then i noticed they had taken 119.98 from my credit card.

All i get for an answer is i will get the refund shortly.
