I paid for my NutriBullet IN FULL.  This product in itself is what I expected it to be & works fine.  The "health powder" they send with it, however, is awful & has HORRIBLE flavor.  VERY SOON after placing my order --the following week--my bank contacted me stating that my credit card information was compromised/stolen.  They closed my card & told me I needed to open a new one.  No further information about the compromise was divulged, except that it was for something online.  I suspect that NutriBullet's website is not safe & that my card information was stolen there.  To make matters worse, I soon started receiving email notifications from NutriBullet stating that I owed money & gave the amount ($24.95).  They asked for my account information or said I could call instead.  WHO WOULD EMAIL PERSONAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION & WHAT ethical company ASKS for it via email?  So, I called their phone number --REPEATEDLY--& EVERY TIME I called I would get a BUSY SIGNAL.  So, I replied to the email stating that I just had my card compromised & would NOT send my personal account information via email, that I could NOT get through to anybody via their phone line.  I stated how I paid for everything IN FULL & asked WHAT was this charge for.  I asked for an INVOICE TO BE MAILED that would clearly state the reason for the charge with product explanation, etc.

I never received an invoice.
But, got another email stating "they did not hear from me" ---so would go through the same routine --CALL their # --only to get a BUSY SIGNAL --so EMAILED A REPLY asking for an INVOICE TO BE MAILED.  OVER & OVER & OVER again--this process REPEATED SEVERAL TIMES...until they had the NERVE to finally email me a "warning" of my account being sent to a COLLECTION AGENCY --their words, "SINCE THEY DID NOT HEAR FROM ME" --say WHAT??  I responded EACH & EVERY TIME by EMAIL --CALLED each & every time BUT their PHONE # DID NOT WORK.  I once --ONCE--FINALLY got through to several minutes of VOICE RECORDED MESSAGES -- to at the END of the MESSAGE be told that the QUE WAS TOO LONG & I NEEDED TO CALL BACK.  THIS WAS RIDICULOUS.  For the 2nd time I also wrote via their WEBSITE.  I FINALLY received an email back with an explanation of the bill (it was for the horrible powder that I do not use that they sent ---but WHY they did not take out that charge in one fell swoop -- since I paid-in-full, is BEYOND ME.)  At any rate --AGAIN--they told me TO CALL THEIR DYSFUNCTIONAL PHONE # in order to PAY.  When I complained that they asked for my account information via email, they denied doing so---but I HAVE THEIR EMAIL ASKING FOR IT.  

I finally found their address --which they do NOT readily supply --I looked all over their website for it & COULD NOT FIND, but one of their prior emails had that information --not for sending my bill, but to return the 2nd pouch of the horrible powder if I wanted to do so.  (I DID want to return it, but was simply too busy at that time to get around to it within 30 days --I had an out-of-town meeting for plus many other things going on.)  So, I ended up just mailing them a check --NO WAY will I give them MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION --even over the phone.  Since after doing so originally, my card information was compromised & then I had to endure their dysfunctional communication system --NO WAY was I going to give them access to my personal account information.  So, check it is.  I told them MANY TIMES that I do NOT want more powder, so they better adhere to my request.

At any rate -- people can purchase JUST THE NUTRIBULLET tool at many other sources other than their "official website."  After my terrible experience with them, I highly recommend that people STEER CLEAR from the Nutribullet internet site & if they want the product --buy it from another trustworthy place such as Amazon.  AND...DON'T FALL FOR THEIR EXTRA PRODUCTS!!!
