Nuvell Financial Services Cheats and Liars. Repossessed dead fathers truck AFTER I made the payoff!! PLEASE join me in a suit, they need to be shut down!! Jacksonville Florida

I am having a horrible time with Nuvell. This started back in October of 2007 after my father comitted suicide. he left a note stating that he was leaving his truck to me, and being his next of kin, this would also mean that I would be responsible for his estate.
Well, I contacted Nuvell, and explained what had happened. Even though my father had been paying on the truck for almost 3 years, they said I would have to pay $12,000 to have the lein released and to keep the truck. I told the lady at Nuvell that I could not afford these payments, and the truck was nowhere near worth the 12,000 they expected from me.
She said that Nuvell would accept a payoff settlement in the amount of 5,000 dollars. I agreed and borrowed 3,000 from my father in-law. I was to send Nuvell 3,000 and they were to send me documentation to show that we had an arrangement. THEY NEVER SENT ME ANYTHING that would show the lein would be released once they had received the rest of the money and they never sent me anything that showed that they had indeed received the initial 3,000. This was in June of 2008. I repeatedly tried calling, left messages, got the run around and everything else that these people could do.
After 8 months, they decide they will finally get in contact with me to inform me that I am 36 days past due and that the money they received went to the initial 12,000 dollar amount they said I owed.
Now, on January 20th, 2008 I walk out to go to work and my dads truck is gone! I called the police and they told me Nuvell had repossessed the truck.

This is not legal i don't think. They milked my dad out of almost 400.00 dollars a month for 3 years, then got another 3,000 from me, and they still took the truck!

I am contacting a lawyer, and I would be most willing to pursue a class action suit against these liars and cheats.

Its now 8:00 am Central time, and I have been calling since 7:00am, the time they state that they open, yet have still been unable to contact anyone.

I told them I would be MORE than willing to pay the additional 2,000 dollars but I would need something from them stating that indeed they would release the lein and title to me before I would give them anymore money.

They went 8 months ignoring me, and now that this will work out in their interest, they don't care. They don't care about me my family or my job.
Please feel free to e-mail me if you have been ripped off by these people and want to give back to them what they have given others for so long. THIS IS NOT RIGHT TO DO PEOPLE THIS WAY!!
