I also lost one job because of Nuvell. I then attempted to refinance the vechile with another finance company and they refused to send over any and all information that this company needed to refiance this vechile. I spoke with one of their famous "customer service reps" who proceeded to get rude with me (as if I expected some level of professionalism). They at first claimed that they did not refuse to send the information but then stated that they refused to give the information.
I then attempted to trade out of the vechile with several different automobile dealers who had heard of Nuvell and also attempted to do their best to deal with Nuvell. Nuvell refused to send the payoff information for this vechile and also refused to deal with any finance company that contacted them. I am so frustrated with Nuvell that I am to the point that they will wait on a payment monthly and I also will continue to look into trading my vechile. I may get lucky one day and their payment will be all or a portion of my down payment for a vechile that can finally meet all of my needs as well as my families needs.
For all of those customer service reps, CEO's and others that work for Nuvell and I am sure read these. Be mindful that the day will come when you or someone you are close to will finance with you or a company that uses the same playbook as you. And also be mindful that someone will finance the decent working indiviual that you have mistreated and that customer will remember you and refinance with them, and tell all of their friends and relatives about how much better they are than you.
When the customer has a good experience they brag about the service they receive, when they have a bad experience they tell everyone they know that this company took them for their hardearned monies!!!!!

That sounds cold, but the fact remains that Nuvell paid for your car. It belongs to them until you pay them back. If you are havign a problem paying, talk to them. If you cannot continue to pay, consider giving up the vehicle.
Too often people buy something without considering the future consequences of thier actions. If you did that, then shame on you. Now you will have to do without something until you get back on your feet. Do you have cable TV? Cancel it and you'll save $50 to $100 and month. Cell phone? Cancel it and save another $50 to $100 a month. Stop eating out. The average person can save over $50 a week by simply packing a lunch. You obviously have Inernet -- most liely Broadband -- cancel it and save $30 to $60 a month. By cutting back on luxuries you can save yourself nearly $500 a month.
What a novel idea! Cut back and get caught up rather than continue to over-indulge and sink.
