Nuvell Finanical, Nuvell Financial Services Crossing the Line of Harassment Memphis Tennessee

I have never experienced a financial company that employs such arrogant, rude, unprofessional people.
I bought a used vehicle back in 2003 and unfortunately due to previous bad credit my interest rate was high.
I have had some difficult times securing full time employment but have ALWAYS made efforts and follow through with making my payments even when one or two months behind.

I have come to realize that when you are late, Nuvell could care less what type of employment you have or whatever situation you may be experiencing.
Nuvell begins to call you at 8am sharp continuous through out the day non-stop.I have had as many as eleven (11) calls from Nuvell in one given day.

When you return their call they speak down to you and demand payment. They don't ask or try to work with you.
Luckily I have been working full time in an operating room so it is difficult for me to get to my cell phone and when I do have the chance to return their call at the end of the day everyone has all ready left so you end up leaving voice mail for who ever it was that called but then are faced with their mailbox being full.

Nuvell staff are sneaky, they have found a way to locate my neighbors phone number and have called my neighbor as early as 8am. I am not sure if this is legal or not but I DO NOT need my neighbors knowing my personal buisness.
When I called Nuvell back the lady on the other end was a complete b***h, Sorry for cursing but I asked the lady from Nuvell how would she like it if I called her neighbors and Her reply was " Well I pay my bills on time" then while I was on hold in speaking to them when the lady from Nuvell came back on and told me while we had you on mute we heard you (me) saying I was going to contact an attorney for harassment and again being nasty the lady from Nuvell told me if I had money to hire an attorney then I could pay them.

Nuvell would not reveal how they obtained my neighbors phone number but now this has caused problems with my neighbors as well as Nuvell obtain my family's phone number and harassed them as well.

After making payments to Nuvell the last 3 times my final payoff has not seemed to reduced, I was told that is because of the interest rates and late fees.
Nuvell has become nothing but a rotting ulcer and I hope there is a way to get away from them and settle.
NEVER again will I ever do such business with such an arrogant company of idiots.
