Received the cooktops and carry case with invoice showing 93.23 charged to card. Called and said that there was no cookware included and that upon returning the cooktops for refund that only the first payment of 33.33 would be returned and not the 59.90 charged for shipping. Wouldn't assist or explain just said have a nice day and hung up. Sending both cooktops back asap.
We watched the informercial several times and that is what was represented as the bogo offer including the frypans and fondue sets. When we ordered by phone it was an automated system that constantly trys to trick you into other purchases and takes over a half an hour to complete. Even at the very end of the order the summary tried to tack on the oven as charged on the card...if you didn't catch it and say no..you are had. These people need to be shut down....pursued...sued!!!.I am calling my credit card company to complain and hopefully they will get the 93.23 back. To be ripped off like this when times are hard enough anyway and these were to be Christmas gifts... :(
