The Nuwave Pro Induction cooktop is a piece of junk. It only cooks in the middle so try using a large fry pan for larger amounts. It does not work. If you set Medium and start, it will start. Unfortunately, it only cooks for awhile and then almost nothing. You have to keep resetting it to get anything cooked. That includes setting the Medium high, high and sear.
The medium low and low appear to not work at all. Try simmering something when you have to set it at medium and all the liquid boils away.
They advertised the Perfect Green Pan online. Of course, brand new, it looked like a good nonstick pan. Cook a couple times with it. Everything sticks, even with more oil in the pan. What a mess. What a Ripoff.
The option of sending it back is costly for shipping so what does a person do. I am sure many like myself just did nothing but b****.
