We send to nyco systems a board BMDC Ver 3S to repair after one month they say to us that the board was fixed so we pay more that tha amount that the quotation say. But it was not all when we received the board the board it doesn't haven a modulo that was included in the board and 2 chips it wasn't soldering pro-pertly. So we tying to talk with adam nydam that say the assistant he was the buss and he never say when it come back. It is time today that we did. Not can talk with him directly . And say to us that they don't have it.

We need help. What can we do?
