When O premium water came to our home the representative told my 21 year old son that he could receive unlimited water and could stop the service at any time. The rep also said that bad credit or no credit did not matter and that they would accept a check and he would be billed every thirty days via monthly invoice and this on a month to month basis. My son does not have a checking account so he asked my daughter to borrow the money. My daughter wrote a check and was asked to initial paper work since she was the one writing the check and shows that my son did not steal the check. Well 30 days later O premium had debited my daughters checking account for the monthly payment of 40+ dollars with no explanation. She called them several times and has been hung up on, told that she was stupid for not reading a contract (she did not request their services she only loaned her brother the initial amount).

Since then my son moved out and I called and asked them to stop the water ( I never know when they come)and pick up the little water machine. They refused and said that by my keeping the system, now I am obligated to pay and they were keeping record of the amount of time I have it in my home. I do not have a contract with them and have been made to feel that they are working on ruining my credit. I am in poor health and cannot take it to them. I have called them almost everyday and was told that each time I called that they would mark it on their records as a call they made to me requesting their equipment and their money for the water delivered (so I was told to stop calling). A very rude female told me today that even if they did pick it up I would still be responsible for paying. I am being set up for something I did not do.

My daughter had to have a $15.00 hold placed on her account and will have to be renewed every 3 months with Desert School Credit Union in order to keep O Premium from debiting her account.

I told them I did not have the whereabouts of my son and was told that it was not their problem and that I better come up with the money or face the consequences. This has been a horrible night mare. I was told that "you people are famous for not paying your bills anyway" by you people, I am assuming they have it noted that we are a minority family. Please help!

I cannot afford a lawyer nor the harrasement that we have had to undergo. I do not want this water nor their services. I called O premiun today to day and was asked to get over it and pay or produce my son. Please help me......
