yes i hear all of you i had a rep show up and i told him that my husband was offered a progrham through his work that we would like to get so we did and signed on the bottem line like the rest of you i got to reading the back of the paper more and most of the info that i needed to find out was at the botem under spesified parts that you dont see till you sing and get to read and it said that we had 3 busness days to cancle so we did and in the mean time i had some of the other people trying to find out why i could not do the offer that was offered to us well to tell you all they did not have any answers and it was a free cooler and all you could drink with no contraces so i asked the sales rep if i needed to cancl could i at any tome and he said yes to me i told him that come january i mught have to put the account on a hold till like febuary or march and he told me agaim yes

so when i had a chance i finaly was able to read the whole back of the contrace and it said that we could not cancle that contrace after the 3 day period and the only way would be is if we moved out of there service eara but we would still have to pay for that as well the only thing i liked about there water was that we could get the special waters and i also agrey with the other statements the all you can drink is a false statement they go by a national average and that is what i was told and i know that we go through a lot of water some times and they told me that we would get charged extra if we went over the avrage usage wich is not right

well as for that we cancled not for the fun pard the paper my husband got was not dated or stated that they could change at any time or amything like that but when i called custemer servie they inforemed me that they were sterting the contracts again on the day that the sels rep showed up i would like to see them honer the papers that they hand out for emploiees of companies that get there services thank you
