When we signed our contract the sneaky salesman stated we were on a month to month and could cancell anytime. He said after 1 year though your water is still going to suck so why would you, ha ha he laughed. We signed up about a year ago we called to cancel and the customer sucky service rep said we could not we had a contract for 36 months .....
There is no way in Hell We would ever.. ever ... ever sign up for 3 years for anything. We are the kind of people that have NO credit card debt. We own both of our vehicles free and clear we are always current on alll of our bills and we never.. ever sign up for anything longer than 1 year. We are completely disapointed and believe we have been lied to. If there is a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT please POST!
