The first week my family moved in to our new home from CA, we got a visit from an O Premium Water Rep, Gregory Scott. He discussed how O Premium had the best water and the best deal in Phoenix, all the water our family could consume for $33.99, plus a free cooler. Nothing mentioned about lenghth of contract or addtional fees, so we agreed.
Once the set up was complete, he brought out the contract, at this point as we were initialing the terms we found the contract was for 36 months and there was a joing fee of $139.99!!! We asked Mr. Scott why he set up prior to mentioning the 36 months and start up fee, he apologized. We didn't cancel, but should have. That was just the begining.
Our first delivery date, NO SHOW, this was on a Tuesday. I called, so they said Wednesday. Again No Show. I called again. Thursday, driver said he would come on Friday. I demanded he come as I was out of water, he said okay. Driver needed directions to my house, sounded incompetant and was rude. NO show again. I called Mr. Scott our rep, he promised that if the drive didn't show on Thursday by 8pm, to call him, he would personally drop of some water to get me by. He wouldn't answer his cell phone, needless to say NO SHOW again on Thursday. I finally got water delivery from a relief driver on Friday night at 7pm.
Well, this is my second delivery, it again was suppose to be on Tuesday, NO SHOW. I called on Wednesday, the driver lied and said I had left no bottles outside my door. What a joke!! My bottles had been outside since Tuesday 5:45 am. Again no show on Thursday, and No Show on Friday. It's now Monday, and I'm still waiting. I am told I cannot cancel my contract. I am waiting for another call from the customer service supervisor. I would rather be sent to collections than give this scam artists another dime.
I have left out the numerous messages and time spent speaking with customer servies, supervisors, drivers, reps. This business is a joke - STAY AWAY FROM O PREMIUM WATER - they could care less about you, they just want that contract signed.
