I never even saw a sale rep for O premium waters, the contract had been signed in my name by my roommate while I was at work, and I was getting charged for a service that I had never even received. I called their office thinking that they would see what their sales people had been doing to get their contracts and refund my money. I thought wrong, the manager named Melissa who was the rudest manager I have ever talk to went as far as calling me a liar and said that I was on a 36 month contact even tough I had never signed it.

I showed them a copy of my ID to prove it was not my signature and they said that there was nothing that they could do. Now I am stuck paying $39.99 a month for a service I have still not received and they say that they have a good business. Take my advice and if you are actually the one who sees a sales person from O premium waters just say you are not interested and close the door if you ever let them in they'll probably submit a contract anyway.
